New York, NY – Clinch, a hyper growth HRTech company remaking Talent Engagement and Recruitment Marketing, is pleased to announce the newest addition to its executive team. Talent Acquisition industry veteran K.C. Donovan, joins the company as Executive Vice President of Global Strategy.
Clinch was founded in 2014 to provide companies with a smart, easy to use program for attracting, engaging, and converting talented prospects into applicants for job openings. The company with global operations based in New York City and Dublin, Ireland has experienced triple digit growth and is expanding into numerous markets throughout Europe and the United States.

Donovan comes to Clinch with 20+ years of corporate TA leadership, sourcing, employment branding, executive search, contingent, RPO and consulting. Most recently, he was CEO of Upwardly Me, an Employment Branding and Talent Pipeline company he founded in 2011. For 12 years, he was founder and President of Step Hire, a global TA Consultancy, Retained Search and RPO company, and previously held VP Recruiting and Marketing roles for large technology and consumer goods companies. He has founded four companies, managed teams of over 200 with P&L greater than $400M and has worked, supported or consulted with more than 50 companies in numerous industries thus far in his career.
