LinkedIn reports that talent acquisition teams with mature analytics are:
- 2 x more likely to improve their recruiting efforts
- 3 x more likely to realise cost reductions and efficiency gains
At Clinch, we know the value of a great data set, which is why we're excited to roll out Clinch Talent Analytics.
This new addition to the platform lets you track:
Which of your jobs pages are generating the most views
Which calls-to-actions are converting the most visitors
Which organisations' employees are checking out your content
Where your visitors are located
Which devices, operating systems and browsers your visitors are using to view your content
Which of your pages' images and paragraphs are proving most interesting and engaging for candidates
With a solid understanding of all of the above, your talent acquisition team will be better placed to create and implement recruitment marketing strategies that really work, driving more high-caliber candidates into your hiring funnel for more efficient, more effective hiring overall.
Accessing Analytics in Clinch Talent is easy. From the main Campaigns screen, click the arrow in line with the campaign for which you wish to view data.
You'll be taken to the Campaign Overview screen. Here, you will see a top-level view of your campaign's performance with metrics including Page Views, Uniques, Completed CTAs, and Bounce Rate. Our online knowledge base is where you'll find more information on each of these, and a step-by-step guide to navigating Analytics in Clinch Talent, too.
